Keep the real needs in view.
Designed to connect each address to a client’s priorities, constraints and trade-offs, so a promising listing doesn’t become a recommendation before the important checks.
AGENTIC AI FOR AUSTRALIAN BUYERS’ AGENTS
NeuroNest is developing an agentic workspace that turns a client brief and property evidence into a research plan, owned tasks and human-approved follow-through.
In development · Public demo uses fictional sample data
Example report · p. 8 · Gap still open
Owner: buyers’ agent · Draft for review
Planned capability. No message is sent.
MORE ROOM FOR YOUR EXPERTISE
The goal is to reduce the research and follow-up load around each client. Your relationships, professional judgement and negotiation stay at the centre.
Designed to connect each address to a client’s priorities, constraints and trade-offs, so a promising listing doesn’t become a recommendation before the important checks.
The intended workflow would organise sources, highlight exclusions and prepare specific checks with a responsible person, a clear purpose and an open status.
Draft follow-ups and client updates with the supporting context attached. The agent reviews what happens next, who receives it and what can be treated as resolved.
WHAT WE MEAN BY AGENTIC
Plan the checks. Prepare the work. Keep a person accountable. This fictional example shows the intended progression from a source gap to an owned task and a follow-up for approval.
Example inspection report D-INSPECT, p. 8 excludes the roof void. Its condition remains unknown.
The fictional listing shows outdoor space. Pet restrictions and secure boundaries still need checking.
An example floor plan suggests a study. Quiet work calls cannot be established from the plan.
Owner: buyers’ agent. Prepare a question for the building inspector about access, scope and any further inspection needed.
Owner: buyers’ agent. Request relevant rules for appropriate review and inspect gates and fencing.
Owner: buyer, with their agent. Review noise and privacy at inspection against the confirmed brief.
Draft: “The report excludes the roof void on p. 8. What further access or inspection would be needed?”
Confirm the wording, recipient and scope before any external follow-through. Approval is a separate checkpoint.
Record the next step and what is still unknown. Approving a follow-up does not resolve the roof condition.

A CLEARER CLIENT CONVERSATION
The client workspace is being designed to make the reasoning visible: what matters, what supports the recommendation and what still needs attention.
Keep lifestyle needs, investment goals and agreed trade-offs connected to each property under consideration.
“How does this fit our priorities?”Show the evidence, outstanding questions and who owns the next check, without presenting uncertainty as a conclusion.
“What are we still waiting on?”Bring the case for a property, material gaps and ownership considerations into the agent-led conversation.
“What do we need to know before deciding?”HUMAN ACCOUNTABILITY BY DESIGN
NeuroNest is intended to support the work around an agent’s judgement. Property selection, client advice and negotiation remain human responsibilities.
Sources, exclusions and unresolved questions should stay attached to the decisions they affect.
The planned workflow includes explicit review of follow-ups and updates. A prepared draft is not a sent message or a completed check.
Legal, financial, valuation and building matters still need appropriately qualified professionals. The concept does not provide those services.
THE INDIVIDUAL BUYER PATH
The personal property journey remains part of NeuroNest: clarify what matters, explore an address and keep evidence and questions together across buying, owning and planning your next move.
Fictional sample data only.
Do not enter real client or personal financial information.
ABOUT NEURONEST
NeuroNest is an early-stage Australian property technology concept founded by Luke Kelly. Luke brings experience in enterprise software adoption, customer success and automation delivery.
The initial focus is buyers’ agents and their clients, while retaining a path for individual buyers. We’re seeking conversations with agents to shape a supervised paid pilot and test which workflows genuinely improve capacity and client clarity.
The public prototype uses fictional data and simulated research. It is browser-local, unsuitable for real client information and not a secure multi-client service. Live integrations and production customer accounts are not available.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Australian buyers’ agents and their clients are the initial focus. The individual buyer path remains part of the product direction, including lifestyle and investment needs.
It lets you explore a fictional property workflow using sample data and simulated research. It is not connected to live listings or external services. It does not send follow-ups, make bookings or carry out transactions.
No. The public demo is browser-local and has no secure client accounts or genuine multi-client access controls. Use fictional examples only. Don’t enter client details, identity information, financial information or confidential property documents.
No. The evidence-to-task-to-approval workflow shown here is the product direction. The demo explores parts of the experience through simulation. Live data, reliable integrations, security controls and supervised external actions still need development and validation.
We’re inviting buyers’ agents to help shape a supervised paid pilot around a small number of useful workflows. Scope, timing, data handling, success measures and commercial terms would be agreed before participation. We have not yet validated time-saving or commercial outcomes.
